Owner and general contract conditions
These General Contracting Conditions – now hereinafter GCC – regulate the purchasing conditions of the different products offered on our website: www.margarilab.eus, owned by Kaiet Lascurain Odriozola y OTRA CB (here in after MARGARILAB), with NIF E67722363, and located at Mazmela Elizatea Auzoa 2 Abadetxea, 20540 Eskoriatza.
Users who make purchases at www.margarilab.eus fully accept these GCC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GCC, prior to purchasing any product through www.margarilab.eus
Kaiet Lascurain Odriozola y OTRA CB reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GCC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be deemed to have been completed in full, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived and the user will have access to it in their client area.
MARGARILAB reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on www.margarilab.eus for reasons of violation of contractual good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these General Purchase Conditions and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.
Shipping
- Delivery times range between 24 and 48 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centres, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours under any circumstances.
- Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. For orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
- The customer must check the integrity of the package and ensure that it is in correct condition. An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.
- If you receive a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company. In the same way, it is advisable to leave a record to the transport company:

Return conditions for private customers
- For products sold and delivered by MARGARILAB, you can return your unused items within the legally established period to exercise the right of withdrawal (14 calendar days from delivery) until the next 30 calendar days from receipt of your order. Returns for withdrawal will only be free for new products sold and delivered by MARGARILAB. The consumer will bear the direct costs of returning products.
- In order to avoid any type of damage during shipping, all merchandise must be returned in its original conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item.
- Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including delivery costs.
- Return of products with a gift or promotion: A complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include discount codes, it will be a requirement not to have used them. If it has been used, the amount of the coupon will be deducted from the total to be refunded.
Return conditions for distributors
- Only returns of unsealed material in perfect condition will be accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Existing promotions on the website that extend the delivery period of 30 days will not be applicable to distributors, who will always have a return period of 30 days.
- Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law that regulates return rights between companies.
- Returns of products in blister or heat-sealed packaging, and other products that have a broken factory security seal, will not be accepted.
- These conditions do not void the warranty right. MARGARILAB reserves the right to deny the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
Guarantee
The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or manipulation other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer must be responsible for its repair. The following are therefore excluded from the guarantee:
- Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly accidents due to heat, humidity, wear and tear and use not in accordance with MARGARILAB instructions.
- Products modified by the client or any other person not authorized by MARGARILAB.
- Incorrect use by the client.
Order cancellations
Those order cancellations that involve a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period is not longer than 7 days.
