What do we do with your data?

“New client”

The main purpose of the processing is the management of registered users on our website. Legitimation: Art. 6.1.a) RGPD: express consent. The data will be kept until the user deletes their personal account.

“Place or process an order”

The data will be processed for the purpose of managing your purchase: shipping, collection, after-sales procedures. The basis that legitimizes the treatment is the execution of the contractual sales relationship in accordance with Art. 6.1.b) RPGD. The data may be communicated to the technical departments of the manufacturers when it is necessary to process the warranty of a product. This communication is legitimized by Art. 6.1.c) RGPD, the treatment is necessary to comply with the legal obligation of guarantee stipulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. The data will be kept until the user deletes their personal account. Subsequently, they will be kept blocked until the date of prescription of legal actions (for example, legal guarantee of the product or preservation of invoices). After this period, the data will be irreversibly deleted.

To process the delivery of your order, the delivery person may request identification data in order to identify your identity and prevent fraudulent deliveries (such as ID number, name or surname). In no case will the delivery person be authorized to capture an image of your identification document; they will not be able to take photographs or videos by any means.

In the event that the collection is carried out by a person other than the one who processed the order, you are informed that the processing of the data is strictly necessary for the prevention of fraud in accordance with Recital 47 RGPD, the basis that legitimizes the processing is the legitimate interest.
