Debit or Credit Card
This form of payment is immediate, convenient and secure. When you complete your order, our payment gateway communicates with your bank to authorize and process the payment. Margarilab does not receive this data nor has access to it.
For payments made by card, for security and compliance with PSD2 regulations, your bank establishes a process by which it will send you a code to your mobile phone to complete the payment, (by SMS or notification), in order to authorize your purchase.
Wire transfer
By choosing this method, you can pay your orders by bank transfer from your bank.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
- Select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method in our checkout process.
- When you finish the order, you will go to the payment details where you will see the payment account.
- In the transfer, it is advisable to indicate the order number. You will find this on the order completion page along with the payment information.
- Once we receive the transfer, we will process the order and ship.
To consider:
- If the transfer payment process is correct, your order begins to be prepared immediately, as occurs with orders paid by card.
- If you have problems making the transfer from your bank account, contact your bank.
- The refunds of these payments are not immediate, but rather, they follow the refund process like a normal transfer, that is, you will receive the refund by normal transfer within 24 – 36 hours (it depends on each bank), from when we do the process of subscription (not counting weekends and/or holidays).
